A Little Fleecy Cloud

Little cloud,

I watch you in the sky.

Where are you going?

What will you become?

I try to see what shape you have.

Are you a scarecrow waiting to scare away a ghost?

Are you an old woman, up-side down?

Will you grow big or small?

Will you vanish or become a storm?

If I could swipe my hand right through you,

Would it be wet or dry?

There goes a plane, flying right into you.

Oh, how tiny it is.

How big you really are!

Little cloud, you are much more than I first thought.

What mysteries you hold.

What strange thoughts you have brought to mind.

Tonight I will think about you,

Little cloud.
